    The warm welcome with white roses and chocolates made our honeymoon special. Enjoying the stunning mountain views from our suite was a highlight of our stay.

    Staff were lovely friendly and extremely friendly!

    appreciated to be here, the hotel was reasonably clean and gorgeous, the location was stunning and incredible next to riva's old town. the pool was great, freshly prepared and good breakfasts with hot options, an omelet made to order and other egg dishes. we had an a single room with a balcony. great value, and the services were impeccable.

    Gorgeous outdoor dining setting, fine lake and mountain views, well-appointed spa facilities

    Improvements could be made regarding the temperature control in rooms!!! Room service delays left much to be desired !!! The gym facilities felt basic and not up to par for the price point!!!

    The design is modern, but in some way not that practical. Location is great, only a short walk into town. Service is excellent.

    The spa floor is too dark and the hotel is not that cozy. It needs more colour especially the dinning room.

    Contemporary rooms and modern with a balcony and a large desk area for working plus storage space. Free parking and fresh made and satisfactory breakfast with omelets and hot options and other egg dishes. Location near to restaurants as well as the fabulous Garda lake. A lovely sauna for guests, overall impeccable service.

    A luxury hotel in a privelage location at the heart of Riva del Garda. Nothing was to much trouble from any team member including special attention to detail for my 40th birthday. The chef even made a special chocolate birthday cake. Always an attention to detail from bike hire to pool towels. The location is breathtaking with exceptional mountain views and views of the lake. Only a few minutes to walk into the main plazza's, restaurants and shops. All sports activities are available close to the Hotel. We have re booked for September already. Thank you Lido Palace

    we liked the total relaxation.the food was excellent and the staff were so obliging and friendly.

    we feel there should have been carpet in the bedrooms,especially as i do yoga and i could not grip my feet very well.

    Perfect getaway for couples looking for a luxurious escape

    The service was great, just like I expect. Every staff member showed genuine care, even surprising us with a birthday cake during breakfast, it. Oh, and the views from our room were, put, amazing.

    It wasn't exactly cheap, but I guess you get what you pay for.

    Just location,architecture of the building and design of interior

    Dear Mr. & Mrs. This was the first time that we made a booking in Garda, so Lido Palace too. Before we confirmed our room through your web site, first of all I checked hotel web page. Its look like one of the greatest hotel in Garda and we decided to make a booking. Unfortunately, nothing seems to be perfect when our colleagues check in to the hotel. They learned that hotel had been opened just 2 days before their arrival. Breakfast that they served was very very poor. The room service was not enough to interested in guests and the air conditions at the rooms were working too loudly and no one interest with them. As you know we paid 302€ nightly rate. Even its a fair period, we paid 600€ for this hotel and this is not a cheap rate you know. On the 17th June,the guests stayed at Best Western Europa Hotel,then they passed Lido Palace. They told me that BW is much more better than Lido Palace. As a result Lido Palace was not a good hotel as its seem in the web site. If you have any chance to contact with the hotel,we will very pleased if they pay back one night to us or discount to us. Thanks for your interest. Regards,

    The staff are very friendly! We arrived the first day they opened after 2 years of re-building so they still need to improve a lot of things to live up to a 5-star hotel. Concerning breakfast I missed homebaked bread. The beds are very hard and need a top mattresses. The hotel is beautifully decorated and has a beautiful A-location with a wonderful view.
